Âpé Yakitori Bar provides authenticity to a standardised 2000’s tenancy shell, a prevalent and challenging typology that dominates our cities. It does so through the honest acknowledgement of the raw building materials inherent and existing to the space, and through the careful introduction of materials that are wholly carbon negative.
