Director, Architects EAT
Albert Mo is a director of Architects EAT, based in Collingwood in Melbourne, which he established with Eid Goh in 2000. Architects EAT has developed both a reputation in residential, hospitality and retail projects, and recently has expanded into larger scale precinct planning and placemaking. He is a past councillor for the Victorian Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects and maintains guest critic positions in various architecture schools across Australia.
Albert is responsible for creative direction at Architects EAT, and his skills range from creative conceptual design to detailed project design. His work has been recognised by awards and by articles in both Australian and international architecture journals. His buildings are known for their sensitive approach, sensory elements and tactile quality, the term “phenomenology” is often used to describe the firm’s works.
