Northcote House re-conceptualises the Victorian terrace typology in response to the existing urban context. The 80-square-metre house utilises advanced robotic technology to create a highly textured interior, playing with light and darkness over a vertical central void. Bespoke interior concrete textures serve acoustic and thermal performance to create comfort.
