Commendation: Residential Design
J.AR OFFICE for Oxlade
A minimalist approach reinstated the modernist character of this 1969 apartment and created a home suited to the Brisbane climate and clients’ contemporary lifestyle. Removing layers of adornment and non-structural walls integrated the kitchen, dining and living rooms and enclosed balcony into one comfortable, spacious room open to the outdoors.
