Shareen Joel Design for K Residence
Built in the 1980’s, the original 'Dynasty' style home featured silk upholstered walls, marble floors and columns. The immaculate home was destined for demolition by most. Recognising the quality construction, Shareen Joel endeavoured to embrace the house’s single-storey pavilion concept yet create an open, contemporary style filled with classics.
