Commendation: Public Design
Kosloff Architecture for Warrnambool Library and Learning Centre
The Warrnambool Library and Learning Centre is located in a new 3-storey contemporary building connected to an existing, refurbished, heritage-listed building on the South West TAFE campus in central Warrnambool. Replacing the existing TAFE and Warrnambool public libraries, it now serves both TAFE staff and students and the broader community.
