The Delatite Cellar door responds to the harsh climate of the Victorian Alps and provides a refuge of robust forms and natural materials. Curated views frame the magnificent sweeping landscape. Inspired by the everchanging vineyard, domestic scaled interiors are bathed in rich tones and a reductive palette of textural warmth.
