A considered restoration and reimagination of an iconic limestone institution into an all-day restaurant and bar with provedore and sunny courtyard.
Originally built in 1896 the new Stringers Sorrento through careful use of material creates continuity with the historical building, promoting the integration of dining spaces and architecture.
