Shortlist: Hospitality Design
COX Architecture in association with H&E Architects for The Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar
Informed by the conceptual narrative of ‘Future Nostalgia’, the design takes cues from the building’s rich heritage, reimagined through a contemporary lens. A homage to the Interwar Period when dining in the city was a rare occasion to be celebrated.
