The renaissance attributes of the building provided a unique opportunity to celebrate and explore significant architectural influences in approaching the design for Tenancy 1 and Tenancy 2 of Level 16 spec suites. The design intent was led by the iconic shapes, textures, patterns and forms of the building’s Venetian architecture.
