Powell and Glenn for Aspect House
The prominent existing heritage dwelling and its relationship to the surrounding land and seascape drove the sympathetic contemporary response at Aspect House. The program arrangement takes advantage of its outlook throughout the original dwelling and new extension, bringing the outside in to small, intimate spaces and more generous spaces alike
