Tonkin Zulaikha Greer for 75 Myrtle Street
75 Myrtle Street is the new interior to a 20th Century Chippendale glass factory warehouse, where purpose-built contemporary offices now sit either side of naturally ventilated central courtyard. The interior introduces elegant contemporary architecture using refined and sophisticated materials as a new ‘layer’ to the original rustic structure.
