Bates Smart for 161 Collins Street
The redevelopment of 161 Collins Street (T&G Building) has created a world-class workplace environment. The project incorporates a new pedestrian entrance via Flinders Lane, a more distinct entrance along Collins Street, and a new tenant focused atrium which functions as an oasis retreat and the heart of the building.
