Located in the basement of Fred’s Paddington is Charlie Parker’s, a neighbourhood bar that takes the speakeasy concept and elevates it beyond the archetypal response. Inspired by the former building history, Charlie Parker’s was to be a suite of rooms with the allure of a members only club.
