Harry & Frankie Fitzroy is the north-side sibling to the original Port Melbourne bottleshop-meets-wine bar. The client’s philosophy is centred on inclusiveness, curiosity, celebration and story-telling, so naturally this new location, upstairs at the refurbished Rose Hotel, should herald that approach in a style suiting the Fitzroy vernacular and clientele.
