Schulberg Demkiw Architects for Beach Ave
The structure appears as a joinery item. Internally integrates concrete, hoop-pine and Tallowwood, this contrast establishes a warm yet polished atmosphere throughout. A Perspex floor on the ground level courtyard creates a light filled flexible work and living space in the basement on an extremely small parcel of land.
