A total refurbishment to develop the Cotton On Group’s Distribution Centre and Warehouse. Beginning with a simple and voluminous ‘tin shed’, the metamorphosed result became a dramatic and exciting office environment across 3,660m2. The insertion of shipping containers created fun mezzanine meeting and collaborative areas expanding valuable spatial volume.
