Interior and exterior interact in a rhythmical, expressive way. The water-jet cut bluestone 'skin' wrapping the exterior casts shadows of its abstract pattern within. The screen’s chiaroscuro effects and materiality influenced interior finishes; with natural stone and timber expressing a consistent language within a simple grey tonal palette.
